From: https://www.youtube.com/user/videosptv October 22, 2017 - Russia has accused the U-S led coalition of wiping the Syrian city of Raqqah from the map with its QUOTE- barbaric carpet bombings. The Russian defense ministry, in a statement, said that the coalition pounded Raqqah the same way the U-S and Britain bombed Germany's Dresden in 19-45. It noted that the West is now rushing to provide aid for people of Raqqah to cover up its own crimes. According to the ministry, no more than 45-thousand people are remained in Raqqah, the city that had some 200-thousand populations before the conflict. Dramatic WW2 footage of the bombing of Dresden, Germany on February 13 & 15, 1945 with additional footage of the raids on Pforzheim and Cologne in late February and early March. Often referred to as, "the unknown Dresden", the raid on Pforzheim (pre-war population of 79,000) destroyed over 80% of the buildings in the city and killed approximately 17,000 people. Sorry about the distorted audio on this one. About the "Scarecrow" Bombs I am by no means an expert on things such as this, but from what I have been able to find out, these bombs did not exist. The consensus seems to be that these explosions were the result of a malfunctioning bomb fuse that caused the bomb to detonate and destroy the aircraft in midair. Other theories are that the explosions were a result of a flak hit to ...

The Allied air raids on Berlin in World War II were flown by British, American and some French bombers, also there were some Soviet air raids on Berlin. Overall, there were 310 air raids on Berlin. The first air raid took place in the night of 7th on the 8th June 1940. Given the experience of the First World War, the fear of an attack with chemical weapons was still high and the population was asked during the air raids to wear respirators because they feared the use of gas bombs. On the same night, an industrial district was attacked by a French aircraft. On 25 August, the Royal Air Force attacked for the first time in Berlin. One day before, the German Air Force had for the first time dropped bombs on London during the Battle of Britain. The British had by then deliberately not attacked ...

( This Video is Not Political its Only For Historical Purpose) From February 13 to February 15, 1945, during the final months of World War II (1939-45), Allied forces bombed the historic city of Dresden, located in eastern Germany. The bombing was controversial because Dresden was neither important to German wartime production nor a major industrial center, and before the massive air raid of February 1945 it had not suffered a major Allied attack. By February 15, the city was a smoldering ruin and an unknown number of civilians—estimated at somewhere between 35,000 and 135,000–were dead. Before World War II, Dresden was called “the Florence of the Elbe” and was regarded as one the world’s most beautiful cities for its architecture and museums. Nearly every apartment and house [in Dresden] was crammed with relatives or friends from the east; many other residents had been ordered to take in strangers. There were makeshift campsites everywhere. Some 200,000 Silesians and East Prussians were living in tents or shacks in the Grosser Garten. The city’s population was more than double its prewar size. Some estimates have put the number as high as 1.4 million. Unlike other major German cities, Dresden had an exceptionally low population density, due to the large proportion of single houses surrounded by gardens. Even the built-up areas did not have the congestion of Berlin and Munich. However, in February 1945, the open spaces, gardens, and parks were filled with people. On the Eve of Valentine's Day on February 13th - 15th Dresden and its population were slaughtered in 4 separate raids on a huge scale by the "allies". So many people were horribly burnt and injured. It became more and more difficult to breathe. It was dark and all of us tried to leave this cellar with inconceivable panic. Dead and dying people were trampled upon, luggage was left or snatched up out of our hands by rescuers. The basket with our twins covered with wet cloths was snatched up out of my mother's hands and we were pushed upstairs by the people behind us. We saw the burning street, the falling ruins and the terrible firestorm. My mother covered us with wet blankets and coats she found in a water tub. We saw terrible things: cremated adults shrunk to the size of small children, pieces of arms and legs, dead people, whole families burnt to death, burning people ran to and fro, burnt coaches filled with civilian refugees, dead rescuers and soldiers, many were calling and looking for their children and families, and fire everywhere, everywhere fire, and all the time the hot wind of the firestorm threw people back into the burning houses they were trying to escape from. I cannot forget these terrible details. I can never forget them." - Lothar Metzger, survivor "To my left I suddenly see a woman. I can see her to this day and shall never forget it. She carries a bundle in her arms. It is a baby. She runs, she falls, and the child flies in an arc into the fire. Suddenly, I saw people again, right in front of me. They scream and gesticulate with their hands, and then — to my utter horror and amazement — I see how one after the other they simply seem to let themselves drop to the ground. (Today I know that these unfortunate people were the victims of lack of oxygen). They fainted and then burnt to cinders. Insane fear grips me and from then on I repeat one simple sentence to myself continuously: "I don't want to burn to death". I do not know how many people I fell over. I know only one thing: that I must not burn." - Margaret Freyer, survivor Churchill subsequently distanced himself from the bombing but the destruction of the city provoked unease in intellectual circles in Britain. According to Max Hastings, by February 1945, attacks upon German cities had become largely irrelevant to the outcome of the war and the name of Dresden resonated with cultured people all over Europe — "the home of so much charm and beauty, a refuge for Trollope's heroines, a landmark of the Grand Tour." He writes that the bombing was the first time the public in Allied countries seriously questioned the military actions used to defeat Germany. British historian Frederick Taylor wrote of the attacks: "The destruction of Dresden has an epically tragic quality to it. It was a wonderfully beautiful city and a symbol of baroque humanism and all that was best in Germany. A 1953 United States Air Force report defended the operation as the justified bombing of a military and industrial target. http://reicheagle.tumblr.com/

Chamberlain conceded that it was “absolutely contrary to International law.” It began in 1940 and Churchill believed it held the secret of victory. He was convinced that raids of sufficient intensity could destroy Germany’s morale, and so his War Cabinet planned a campaign that abandoned the accepted practice of attacking the enemy’s armed forces and, instead made civilians the primary target. Night after night, RAF bombers in ever increasing numbers struck throughout Germany, usually at working class housing, because it was more densely packed.’ The Peoples’ War, Angus Calder. London, Jonathan Cape, 1969.* Radio Reel (audio) shows raids between 13 and 15 February 1945, 722 heavy bombers of the British Royal Air Force (RAF) and 527 of the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) dropped more than 3,900 tons of high-explosive bombs and incendiary devices on the city. All German towns and cities above 50,000 population were from 50% to 80% destroyed. Hamburg was totally destroyed and 70,000 civilians died in the most appalling circumstances whilst Cologne was likewise turned into a moon-scape. As Hamburg burned the winds feeding the three mile high flames reached twice hurricane speed to exceed 150 miles per hour. Trees three feet in diameter on the outskirts of the city were sucked from the ground by the supernatural forces of these winds and hurled miles into the city-inferno, as were vehicles, men, women and children. "Three-hundred times as many people died in Hamburg during the ten-day blitz as died in Coventry during the entire course of the war… Not even Hiroshima and Nagasaki, suffering the smashing blows of nuclear explosions, could match the utter hell of Hamburg." - Martin Caidin, The Night Hamburg Died, Ballantyne Books, NY, 1960. Arthur Harris (1892-1984), one of history's single worst psychopaths, was the architect of an air campaign that specifically targeted and killed around two million civilians. He had another nickname within the Royal Air Force: Butcher Harris.Unlike the Germans who strove to restict their air-assaults to military targets and factories, the drunken cigar-chomping beast Churchill and his boy Arthur Harris (aka 'Bomber Harris') carried out a campaign of deliberate extermination against the German populace. The fire-massacre of Dresden was their crowing achievement. Now that you have an idea of just how cruel and unnecessary the massacre at Dresden was; brace yourselves for the modern-day images -- images of spiteful Jews and communists celebrating the anniversary of the genocidal attack. Think about this: in conquered and still-occupied Germany, denying the phony Holocaust will get you arrested. But publicly celebrating the REAL Holocaust (which means "burnt offering") of Dresden is permitted and goes unopposed by the Germans of today. The resulting firestorm destroyed fifteen square miles (39 square kilometres) of the city centre. Between 22,700 and 25,000 people were killed. Post-war discussion of whether or not the attacks were justified has led to the bombing becoming one of the moral causes célèbres of the war. A 1953 United States Air Force report defended the operation as the justified bombing of a military and industrial target, which was a major rail transport and communication centre, housing 110 factories and 50,000 workers in support of the German war effort.Several researchers have claimed that not all of the communications infrastructure, such as the bridges, were targeted, nor were the extensive industrial areas outside the city centre. Critics of the bombing argue that Dresden—sometimes referred to as "Florence on the Elbe" (Elbflorenz)—was a cultural landmark of little or no military significance, and that the attacks were indiscriminate area bombing and not proportionate to the commensurate military gains. Large variations in the claimed death toll have fuelled the controversy. In March 1945, the Nazi regime ordered its press to publish a falsified casualty figure of 200,000 for the Dresden raids, and death toll estimates as high as 500,000 have been given. The city authorities at the time estimated no more than 25,000 victims, a figure which subsequent investigations, including one commissioned by the city council in 2010, support.

The US-led coalition has killed a large number of Syrian civilians in aerial operations it launched under the pretext of targeting Daesh terrorists. The Syrian government has repeatedly condemned U-S attacks as a violation of its sovereignty. --- http://www.facebook.com/PigMineNews http://twitter.com/PigmineNews PigMine6 on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/pigmine6 PigMine7 on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/pigmine7 FAIR USE NOTICE: This video may contain copyrighted material. Sightseeing Tour trough DRESDEN, a east Germany City, 29. September- 1. Oktober 2011. Population 523,058 (31 December 2010) - Density 1,591 /km2 (4,120 /sq mi) , Founded 1206 Dresden has a long history as the capital and royal residence for the Electors and Kings of Saxony, who for centuries furnished the city with cultural and artistic splendour. The city was known as the Jewel Box, because of its baroque and rococo city centre. A controversial Allied aerial bombing towards the end of World War II killed thousands of civilians and completely destroyed the entire city. The impact of the bombing and 40 years of urban development during the East German communist era have considerably changed the face of the city. Some restoration work has helped to reconstruct parts of the historic inner city, including the Katholische Hofkirche, the Semper Oper and the Dresdner Frauenkirche. Since the German reunification in 1990, Dresden has regained importance as one of the cultural, educational, political and economic centres of Germany. Second World War Dresden, 1945, view from the city hall (Rathaus) over the destroyed city (the allegory of goodness in the foreground) Dresden, 1945—over ninety percent of the city centre was destroyed. Dresden in the 20th century was a leading European centre of art, classical music, culture and science until its complete destruction on 13 February 1945. Being the capital of the German state of Saxony, Dresden had not only garrisons but a whole military borough, the Albertstadt. This military complex, named after Saxon King Albert, was never targeted in the bombing of Dresden. During the final months of World War II, Dresden became a safe haven to some 600,000 refugees, including women, children, and wounded soldiers, with a total population of 1.2 million. Dresden was attacked seven times between 1944 and 1945, and was occupied by the Red Army after German capitulation. The bombing of Dresden by the Royal Air Force and the United States Army Air Force between 13 February and 15 February 1945 remains one of the more controversial Allied actions of the Western European theatre of war. The inner city of Dresden was largely destroyed by 800 RAF and USAAF bombers that dropped 650,000 incendiaries and 8,000 pounds (3,600 kg)[clarification needed] of high explosives and hundreds of "4,000 pound" bombs[12] in three waves of attacks. Early reports estimated 150,000 to 250,000 deaths. The German Dresden Historians' Commission, in an official 2010 report published after five years of research, concluded there were up to 25,000 civilian casualties,[13] while right-wing groups claim that up to 500,000 people died.[citation needed] source: WIKIPEDIA

Other theories are that the explosions were a result of a flak hit to the bomb bay of the plane or from a Luftwaffe night fighter with Schräge Musik upward firing autocannons shooting down the bomber. However, neither of these are present in the video (at the 4:24 mark) when the Lancaster is shown being destroyed during the footage of the daylight raid. Additionally, no German records have surfaced of such a weapon having been developed. Public domain footage from Staff Film Reports No. 46 produced by the US Army Signal Corps' Army Pictorial Service. Thanks for watching and please like, comment, share and Subscribe! The British had by then deliberately not attacked Berlin, on the one hand, for fear of a German counter-attack against London, on the other hand because of the large distance of Berlin from the British Isles and the strong air defense. Medium attacks continued until the end of 1941, when, after a particularly costly attack on 7/8 November (21 of 169 aircraft were lost) a strategic rethinking began. The British focused from now on lighter targets such as the Ruhr. From the 16th January 1943 to 30 March 1943 the Tempelhof district, the Deutschlandhalle, St. Hedwig's Cathedral, the great auditorium of the Pharmaceutical Institute of the University of Berlin, the German Opera House in Bismarck Street, the Theater am Kurfürstendamm and the comedy were destroyed. Moreover, 600 major fires caused damages to 20,000 houses, entire neighborhoods were partially destroyed. Several hundred people died. From 2 to 26 November 1943, entire neighborhoods were destroyed, as well as the main building of the Technical University of Berlin, many buildings of the institute in the area, the Zoological Garden Berlin, the School of Engineering Beuth in Berlin-Wedding, the head office of the Berlin Transport Services in Köthen (Berlin - Kreuzberg), the Chemical Institute of the Agricultural College of Berlin, the Haus der Berliner Burschenschaft Arminia, the office of the German Pharmaceutical society and the Holy Trinity Church (at the corner Mauserstrasse / Kanonierstrasse - today: Glinka street in Berlin-Mitte), as well as the KaDeWe in the Tauentzienstraße (Berlin- Schöneberg) and the transmitter of the TV broadcasting station Paul Nipkow. During this period, nearly a thousand people died. In December 1943, the hotel Fürstenhof, parts of the S-Bahn on Sundgauer Strasse Station, parts of the St. Bernhard church in Berlin-Dahlem, the Berlin-Lichtenrade parish school, the building of the Berlin University and the village church Lichtenrade were destroyed by fire and bombs. In addition, there was extensive damage to many homes. In the evening hours of 27 January the British Royal Air Force attacked Berlin with 481 bombers. They threw 1,761 tons of bombs on the city, while 33 aircrafts were lost. According to the report of the High Command of the Wehrmacht especially densely populated residential areas and cultural sites had been destroyed by mines, explosive-, incendiary and phosphorus bombs. As of April 1944, the German fuel production were attacked by the Americans to reduce the supply of aircraft and tanks. On 3 February 1945 Berlin was attacked by 958 U.S. bombers of which 939 came through the German defense line. On 26 February 1945 1,184 U.S. aircraft reached Berlin and threw 1628.7 tons of explosive bombs and 1258 tons of incendiary bombs. On 18 March 1945, a Sunday, began shortly after 11 in the morning the largest air raid on Berlin. 916 B-24 and 305 B-17s of the 8th U.S. Air Force, accompanied by 632 fighters, dropped more than 4,000 tons of bombs. This mainly affected the government district and the area around the Schlesischer Bahnhof. Berlin was the German city with the most air attacks. Nevertheless, the number of casualties remained lower than for example in Hamburg. The author Jörg Friedrich mentions in his book a total of 11,367 deaths. In Berlin (unlike in other German cities with denser buildings or in valleys such Wuppertal or Stuttgart) no firestorm had occured. Although no German city remained isolated from Hitler’s war machine, Dresden’s contribution to the war effort was minimal compared with other German cities. In February 1945, refugees fleeing the Russian advance in the east took refuge there. As Hitler had thrown much of his surviving forces into a defense of Berlin in the north, city defenses were minimal, and the Russians would have had little trouble capturing Dresden. It seemed an unlikely target for a major Allied air attack. On the night of February 13, hundreds of RAF bombers descended on Dresden in two waves, dropping their lethal cargo indiscriminately over the city. The city’s air defenses were so weak that only six Lancaster bombers were shot down. By the morning, some 800 British bombers had dropped more than 1,400 tons of high-explosive bombs and more than 1,100 tons of incendiaries on Dresden, creating a great firestorm that destroyed most of the city and killed numerous civilians. Later that day, as survivors made their way out of the smoldering city, more than 300 U.S. bombers began bombing Dresden’s railways, bridges and transportation facilities, killing thousands more. On February 15, another 200 U.S. bombers continued their assault on the city’s infrastructure. All told, the bombers of the U.S. Eighth Air Force dropped more than 950 tons of high-explosive bombs and more than 290 tons of incendiaries on Dresden. Later, the Eighth Air Force would drop 2,800 more tons of bombs on Dresden in three other attacks before the war’s end. The Allies claimed that by bombing Dresden, they were disrupting important lines of communication that would have hindered the Soviet offensive. This may be true, but there is no disputing that the British incendiary attack on the night of February 13 to February 14 was conducted also, if not primarily, for the purpose of terrorizing the German population and forcing an early surrender. It should be noted that Germany, unlike Japan later in the year, did not surrender until nearly the last possible moment, when its capital had fallen and Hitler was dead. Because there were an unknown number of refugees in Dresden at the time of the Allied attack, it is impossible to know exactly how many civilians perished. After the war, investigators from various countries, and with varying political motives, calculated the number of civilians killed to be as little as 8,000 to more than 200,000. Estimates today range from 35,000 to 135,000. Looking at photographs of Dresden after the attack, in which the few buildings still standing are completely gutted, it seems improbable that only 35,000 of the million or so people in Dresden at the time were killed. Cellars and other shelters would have been meager protection against a firestorm that blew poisonous air heated to hundreds of degrees Fahrenheit across the city at hurricane-like speeds. At the end of the war, Dresden was so badly damaged that the city was basically leveled. A handful of historic buildings–the Zwinger Palace, the Dresden State Opera House and several fine churches–were carefully reconstructed out of the rubble, but the rest of the city was rebuilt with plain modern buildings. American author Kurt Vonnegut (1922-2007), who was a prisoner of war in Dresden during the Allied attack and tackled the controversial event in his book “Slaughterhouse-Five,” said of postwar Dresden, “It looked a lot like Dayton, Ohio, more open spaces than Dayton has. There must be tons of human bone meal in the ground.”

-------------------------------------------------------------- Asche-Deutschland-1945 Is the first film to unbury the horrors endured by the german population in the hands of the allied nations (USA, UK, and the Soviet Russia). Dresden indiscriminate barbarism against civilian population for their collective failure to overthrow Hitler and surrender............From late 1941 onwards Germany's Dictator realized progressively that Germany's enemies could not be defeated militarily. In 1944 he gambled that targeting England with V1 cruise missiles and V2 ballistic missiles might demonstrate to the English public that Germany was not willing to accept unconditional surrender without first seeking a mild revenge for the indiscriminate slaughter and destruction carried out by British Bomber Command and the USAF in Germany's towns and villages. German propaganda was desperate to lift the spirit of their doomed civilian population by keeping up their hopes, mostly in promising future miracle weapons. Privately Hitler must have known his fate was sealed. Desperate German civilians fed by propaganda still hoped their masters might be able to turn the tide of war in Germany's favour. As wrong as the Nazis were, people who allege that a majority of German generals ever seriously believed Germany could achieve any of its major war aims by punishing random English civilians [with random missiles] for the crime of having elected Churchill, might want to have their heads examined. 70 years after the event many misinformed people justify the indiscriminate bombing of German civilians with quotes like : They voted for the Nazis, they supported Hitler, they killed 6 million Jews etc etc. hence they thoroughly deserved to be fried alive in their homes and turned to ashes. The list of similar justifications is endless. In the thousands of indiscriminate air raids allied bombers killed many of their own citizen who were in POW camps on the ground. American Mustang fighter planes machine gunned many POW's who were amongst crowds of survivors of the fire storm sheltering at the banks of the Elbe river. They also killed thousands of foreign labourers and prisoners, as well as many thousands of German civilians who had never voted for the Nazis, including many who were totally against Hitler and were instead secretly helping persecuted Nazi victims to survive, thereby taking a very high risk losing their freedom if caught by the Gestapo. Was the pile of dead corpses shown in the thumbnail genuine "collateral damage" or deliberate genocide wanted by Churchill and others in charge under the pretext of wanting to win the [already won] war? Examine the evidence and judge for yourself. Dresden Valentines Day 1945, more destruction in 1 day than in the whole of England during entire war. Allied war crimes, the real holocaust, the real St.Valentines Day massacre: http://rense.com/general81/germm.htm http://www.amazon.com/Brand-German-Edition-J%C3%B6rg-Friedrich/product-reviews/3549071655/ref=olp_pr_see_all_top?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1 http://guaciara.files.wordpress.com/2010/05/mike-davis-how-to-stop-worrying-and-love-the-incendiary-bomb1.pdf The Nazis were already decisively beaten when British and American war criminals signed orders to incinerate this entire city, full of women, children, refugees and wounded. The people of Dresden were simply giving humanitarian assistance, trying to help the wounded to recover and the refugees to survive. For that noble sacrifice they were fried alive by the allies. The vast irreplaceable cultural heritage which was destroyed in the process belonged to future generations. Nobody these days can be under any illusion that WW2 was a golden opportunity for a small elite of prolific war criminals on both sides to slaughter, destroy and simply lie through their teeth trying to justify their evil deeds. It's slightly depressing that some people still believe these lies today. London bomb damage maps: http://londonist.com/2012/12/new-map-shows-every-london-bomb-of-the-blitz.php?showpage=3#gallery-1

The engine from the volunteer fire station Dresden-Kaitz and a POV seen here responding during the 2013 flooding. About the city and the fire system: Dresden is a city with a population of 500,000, the city has 5 fire stations which include altogether 9 engines, 5 aerial ladders, 5 command cars (one is a van) and some more specialized vehicles. The city also has volunteer fire stations, Kaitz is one of them. Some vol. fire stations have 5 calls per year, some have 200, it varies. About the POV system in Germany: You may ask why the *(/! the POV is driving without any lights or sirens. The POV is the grey car behind the engine, it has a orange sign on the roof which says "Fire Department - in service". German POV's (volunteer firefighters) who have a call usually respond to their fire house but in some cases they drive to the scene with their private car (or whatever). --They're not allowed to use any lights or sirens(!), even in worst critical situations. So they have no lights or sirens. The most POV's just put that sign on the roof and use their warning lights while traveling (sometimes just regardless) too fast, through red lights or .... while something is burning down, while someone's dying or while someone's having heavy pain or is in a critical situation.. I can understand them but it's sometimes just really dangerous how they respond. I know a POV who has hit another car in an intersection while responding and another time I almost got hit by a POV when I was walking at an evening. You should note that I'm from an area which is more country like. I also know some tragic stories were every second counted. Here's one (happened several times in my and the counties around); I want to keep it short: someone was driving and hit a tree, s/he was still alive and conscious but the car started burning. In this case, the fire dept. arrived and heard the last screams of the person, you can imagine what happened exactly. They may were faster if they could use lights & sirens, they may would be faster if they had never and faster units (like Brush units). The Reich provided rail transport from the east for hundreds of thousands of the fleeing easterners, but the last train out of the city had run on February 12. Transport further west was scheduled to resume in a few days; until then, the refugees were stranded in the Saxon capital.
